Hannum III authored a Special Feature in New England In-House entitled: “Health Care Law Compliance Requires Immediate Attention.” In this article, Will and Hillary discuss the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (the “Act”), the requirements of this Act already in effect and those that will become effective in the near future, as well as the importance of employers to carefully review their current health insurance plans to ensure compliance with these requirements and continuously monitor ongoing government guidance for changes and updates in the law.
