As ‘ACA’ Kicks In, Some Mass. Requirements Survive

This article discusses new requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA or Obamacare), requirements that were repealed in Massachusetts, and requirements that are still in effect in the Commonwealth.  This special feature also conveys recommendations designed to help employers prepare for compliance with the “play or pay” provisions of the ACA before those provisions become effective.
