Dolan vs. SunGard Securities Finance LLC
The Firm successfully represented SunGard Securities Finance LLC (‘SunGard’) in obtaining a ruling from the First Circuit affirming the entry of summary judgment and dismissal of all 19 counts of the Plaintiff’s Complaint. January 29, 2009: No. 08-1724 (United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit). On September 22, 2009, the Supreme Court of the United States denied the Plaintiff’s petition for writ of certiorari. Attorney for the defendant, SunGard was William E. Hannum III.
