SHPC Attorney Gary D. Finley authored a special feature, "Ballot questions could prove costly for employers," which was published in the February 2018 issue of New England In-House (NEIH).

In this article, Gary discusses two proposed ballet questions: increasing the Massachusetts minimum wage to $15 an hour, and creating a program of paid, job-protected family and medical leave for Massachusetts employees.
