Paralegal: The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three to five years of legal experience. The paralegal will assist attorneys in both litigation and counseling matters. Responsibilities of this position will include, but are not be limited to, compiling, organizing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys in litigation or counseling matters, assisting with court filings (both paper and electronic filings), facilitating document productions, including the collection and review of documents, and assisting attorneys to prepare for meetings, employment trainings, seminars, depositions, and court proceedings. The right candidate will have superior attention to detail, the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
