Jaimie A. McKean

Jaimie A. McKean is an associate at Schwartz Hannum PC.  Prior to joining the Firm, Jaimie was a senior litigation associate at Cooley Manion Jones LLP in Boston, where she managed employment and other business litigation cases from inception to resolution.  She is experienced in various areas of law, including labor and employment law, where she represented employers in litigation involving discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and other employment claims.  She also has experience with contract disputes, trademark and copyright matters, consumer protection cases, insurance coverage disputes, and internal business disputes.

Jaimie has extensive experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, negotiating settlements and representing clients at mediations, arbitrations, and conciliations.  She is exceptionally skilled in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
